Visit: Butser Ancient Farm (Context Recap)

July 2020: Day 6 of our Prehistory Week.

A site with clusters of reconstructed historical buildings from different periods. We had been intending to attend a "Family Warrior Camp" (after finding out that Kane is too young for "A Night in the Iron Age" storytelling/sleepover in a Roundhouse), but it was cancelled due to coronavirus for this year, so we just came for a visit instead. This was a good way to recap the prehistoric period as we could physically walk through the various stages we have been discussing so far.
